Sean Marshall The next Terminator film in the franchise is picking up speed & a few new cast members. We know that Arnold Schwarzenegger & Linda Hamilton will be returning for this new film & that Diego Boneta & Mackenzie Davis will be the two new faces joining joining the film. With Arnold returning as the familiar T1-000, it was a well kept secret as to whether or not we’d see another Terminator going up against Arnold or appearing as an ally to the protagonists.
Deadline revealed today that Gabriel Luna (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D) will indeed be playing the new Terminator in the upcoming film. It’s unclear whether he’s fighting with the protagonists or trying to kill our heroes, but having him announced as a Terminator is something to look forward to.
This Terminator film is the official follow-up to Terminator 2: Judgment Day & will have Tim Miller at the helm & Billy Ray penning the script. The film will hit theaters on November 22, 2019.
