Joe Carnahan Confirms The Script For The Uncharted Live-Action Movie Is Finished

It was only a few weeks back when fans got the exciting news about Mark Wahlberg not being involved with the live-action Uncharted film. Even though news about the story & talks of actors being attached to the film are being kept under lock & key, we know that the script is in safe hands with Joe Carnahan writing it & Sean Levy directing.

Carnahan announced today that the script for Uncharted is finished! Carnahan took to Instagram & said: “Done and Dusted. Now the REAL work begins. If there’s a more monstrously cool action script in Hollywood right now, I wanna read it, ‘cuz this thing is a BEAST.”

The Uncharted film is still without a release date & currently has no actors attached to the film. It’s also up in the air about whether the film will follow the solid story from the game or not. The film will be produced by Charles Roven, Avi Arad, Alex Gartner, & Ari Arad.
