Joss Whedon Steps Up To Finish Justice League Movie

Tragedy struck Zack Snyder & his family today as it was announced that his daughter has passed. In order to apend time with his family,  Snyder announced that he is stepping down from the Justice League movie to spend time with his family.

Snyder had this to day:

“In my mind, I thought it was a cathartic thing to go back to work, to just bury myself and see if that was way through it. The demands of this job are pretty intense. It is all consuming… I’ve decided to take a step back from the movie to be with my family, be with my kids, who really need me. They are all having a hard time. I’m having a hard time.”

WB President Toby Emmerich:

We’re not introducing any new characters. It’s the same characters in some new scenes. He’s handing a baton to Joss but the course has really been set by Zack. I still believe that despite this tragedy, we’ll still end up with a great movie.”

Justice League will be directed by Zack Snyder & written by Chris Terrio. The film stars  Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot,Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa Ray Fisher.

Months after the events of Batman v Superman, Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince assemble a team of metahumans to face the catastrophic threat ofSteppenwolf and their Parademons who are on the hunt for three Mother Boxes on Earth.
