New Terminator Production Date Revealed

There has been little to no updates about the upcoming Terminator film & it started to look like the movie would become a buried thought, which I think most fans wouldn’t be upset about. Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed today via an interview with The ArnoldFans that the production of the film will start this summer!

The new film will be helmed by Tim Miller & is said to be the first in a planned trilogy. The film will be an official follow-up to the 1991 Terminator: Judgement Day film. It was confirmed that Linda Hamilton will return to reprise her role as Sarah Connor, but we don’t know much about the story besides it taking place in Mexico. Since the rights will return to James Cameron next year, we can only hope that the ideas for the trilogy will land well with fans that thoroughly enjoyed the first two films.  No release date was announced.

Arnold Schwarzenegger had this to say:

“We are starting to shoot Terminator 6 in June to the middle of October, so I am in that. I am looking forward to coming back as the T-800 model. It’s gonna be great with Tim Miller as the director and Jim Cameron is kind of supervising the whole thing.”
