Sean Marshall After many years of waiting for an official follow-up to Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV, Square Enix has finally hit fans with a trailer for their next title Final Fantasy XVI – Awakening, during Sony’s PlayStation 5 event. Check out the trailer below!
As of right now, all we know about this next title is that gamers will play as a bodyguard to Joshua, the son of the Archduke of the region the game is set in. We did get to see some summons like Shiva & Ifrit, but story details were scarce. Although we don’t have a release date for the game, we do know that the game was running on the PC & not the PlayStation 5. However, this will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive.
