IT is directed by Andrés Muschietti and written by Chase Palmer, Cary Fukunaga and Gary Dauberman. The film stars Bill Skarsgård stars as Pennywise The Dancing Clown, with Jaeden Lieberher starring as Bill Denbrough. Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs, Jack Dylan Grazer, Nicholas Hamilton, and Jackson Robert Scott. IT hits theaters on September 8, 2017.
Following the disappearance of seven-year-old Georgie Denbrough in Derry, Maine, his older brother and his group of friends discover that the culprit is a shape-shifting entity who may be linked to the recent cases of missing children in the town. The group of friends plan a quest to battle the entity, along with facing their own personal demons in the process
