Sean Marshall Universal Pictures took to the internet & released a string of teaser clips from the upcoming Candyman film with the promise of showing the first trailer on Thursday. The trailer was released this morning in & definitely captures the tense & horror of the original film. Check out the trailer below.
The new Candyman film is being marketed as the official sequel to the 1992 movie. The film stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Teyonah Parris, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Colman Domingo, & Tony Todd. The film will be directed by Nia Dacosta & produced by Jordan Peele.
Candyman will hit theaters June 12, 2020.
