Winnie the Pooh Takes Center In Disney’s Christopher Robin Trailer

Disney took to the internet with a poster for their Christopher Robin film yesterday. The poster showed Winnie the Pooh, but he was hidden by what we can only assume is Christopher Robin’s hat. Disney released the full teaser trailer today that gave us some insight on Ewan McGregor‘s Christopher Robin’s life as an adult & gave us our first look at a live-action Winnie the Pooh. Disney’s “Christopher Robin” is directed by Marc Forster from a screenplay by Alex Ross Perry and Allison Schroeder and a story by Perry based on characters created by A.A. Milne. The producers are Brigham Taylor and Kristin Burr with Renée Wolfe and Jeremy Johns serving as executive producers. The film stars Ewan McGregor as Christopher Robin; Hayley Atwell as his wife Evelyn; Bronte Carmichael as his daughter Madeline; and Mark Gatiss as Keith Winslow, Robin’s boss. The film also features the voices of: Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh; Chris O’Dowd as Tigger; Brad Garrett as Eeyore; Toby Jones as Owl; Nick Mohammed as Piglet; Peter Capaldi as Rabbit; and Sophie Okonedo as Kanga.

Christopher Robin will hit theaters on August 3, 2018.
