The highly-anticipated second season of Edens Zero is set to debut in 2023. The announcement came with the release of a visual for the second season. Check it out below.
The late Yushi Suzuki served as the anime’s director, and Shinji Ishihara is the chief director with J.C. Staff. Yurika Sako designed the animated characters, and Mitsutaka Hirota supervised and wrote the scripts.
Hiro Mashima, who serves as the writer and illustrator, first launched the manga in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in June 2018. The manga was published in English digitally and in print edition by Kodansha Comics. The first season of the anime adaptation launched in Japan, in April 2021, and aired 25 episodes. The series streamed on Netflix in August 2021.
Konami is also developing a 3D action RPG for consoles and mobile devices.
