First Look At Dwayne Johnson In ‘Black Adam’

DC FanDome vowed to give fans a few first looks and surprises this year, and so far no disappointments here.

DC revealed the first official look at Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in costume for the film Black Adam’ during the DC FanDome event. The Rock’s Black Adam design has a comic-esque appearance to it as if it was taken right off the pages. DC kept much of the suit’s overall design while still making it work for the live-action film.

Black Adam hits theaters on July 29, 2022. Check out the trailer for the new film below.

The film stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Pierce Brosnan, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Aldis Hodge, and Quintessa Swindell. The film is set to have Johnson’s character go against multiple iterations of the Justice Society of America. Expect to see additional heroes such as Atom Smasher, Cyclone, Doctor Fate, and Hawkman, appear in the film. This blockbuster movie is set to be one most momentous installments to date.
