Sean Marshall Warner Bros. Pictures rocked the house with their big screen adaption of Stephen King’s IT & have locked down additional adaptions from the novels of the king of horror. Talks of Pet Sematary moving forward hit the ground last year, but WB is now ready to reveal their next film fro. king.
WB announced that Mike Flanagan, who directed King’s Gerald’s Game on Netflix, has stepped up to helm Doctor Sleep, the sequel to The Shining. King wrote the novel back k in 2013.
On highways across America, a tribe of people called the True Knot travel in search of sustenance. They look harmless—mostly old, lots of polyester, and married to their RVs. But as Dan Torrance knows, and spunky twelve-year-old Abra Stone learns, the True Knot are quasi-immortal, living off the steam that children with the shining produce when they are slowly tortured to death.
