We’re almost a month away from seeing Marvel’s highly anticipated Black Panther film. The film started out the gate with heavy buzz that does not seem to be wavering. Although then clips & trailers are the highlight of the promotion of the film, most moviegoers & fans are wondering who will score the soundtrack & what kind of music will write hear.
Well, it was confirmed today that Kendrick Lamar & Anthony “Top Dog” Tiffith will curate & produce the Black Panther film. Now that information is out, fans are even more excited. There is already a big buzz around this soundtrack and the film, but the producers are still planning on even more marketing to make sure this film is a success. It’s believed that they are in the process of creating visual content for an LED video display from SNA Displays. Those weatherproof displays are usually placed on top of buildings, ensuring that more people see them and are able to read them. By doing this, there is more of a chance of increasing the number of people that want to watch this film.
Ryan Coogler, director of the Black Panther film had this to say:
“I am honored to be working with such an incredible artist whose work has been so inspirational, and whose artistic themes align with those we explore in the film. I can’t wait for the world to hear what Kendrick and TDE have in store.”
Lamar added:
“Marvel Studios’ Black Panther is amazing, from its cast to its director. The magnitude of this film showcases a great marriage of art and culture. I’m truly honored to contribute my knowledge of producing sound and writing music alongside Ryan and Marvel’s vision.”

Black Panther will release in February 16, 2018 & will be directed by Ryan Coogler. The film stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, & Andy Serkis.
