Banner For Upcoming Hellboy Reboot Teases The Look Of The Blood Queen

The Hellboy reboot has some solidified hype around it, especially after the reveal of David Harbour as Hellboy. We already know that Milla Jovovich will play Nimue, the Blood Queen, but we have yet to see her in her costume. Well, a banner has appeared in Los Angeles that gives us a tease of how Jovovich’s look will be in the upcoming film. Take a look at the image below.

Ian McShane (Deadwood, American Gods) will play Hellboy’s adoptive father, Professor Trevor Bruttenholm (aka Professor Broom), Milla Jovovich (The Fifth ElementResident Evil franchise) has been cast as villain the Blood Queen, Sasha Lane (American Honey) will play Alice Monaghan, Penelope Mitchell (Hemlock Grove) will play the elder witch Ganeida, and Daniel Dae Kim (Hawaii Five-0LOST) is playing Major Ben Daimio. Aron Coleite is working on the script by Andrew Cosby, Christopher Golden and Hellboy creator Mike Mignola. Larry Gordon & Lloyd Levin & Mike Richardson are the producers. The film will release on January 11, 2019.

Hellboy was created in 1993 by Mignola and became an indie comic hit as it told of a demon raised by a professor, working to fight supernatural evildoers for an organization called Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense.
