It’s Showtime! Warner Bros. Pictures Released the Trailer for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

Warner Bros. Pictures released the teaser trailer for Tim Burton’s 1988’s Beetlejuice sequel, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Check out the trailer below.

Tim Burton will helm the film from a screenplay from Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, based on a story by Seth Grahame-Smith. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice stars Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, Jenna Ortega, Justin Theroux, Monica Bellucci, and Willem Dafoe.

The 1988 film starred  Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Jeffrey Jones, Catherine O’Hara, Winona Ryder, and Michael Keaton. The original film centered on a recently deceased couple. As ghosts, they are not allowed to leave their house. They contact Betelgeuse, an obnoxious and devious “bio-exorcist” from the Netherworld, to scare the home’s new inhabitants away.

Beetlejuice is back! After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic, and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times, and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice hits theaters on September 6, 2024.
