Marvel may have found their director for the Fantastic Four with Matt Shakman, according to Deadline.
Shakman is no stranger to the Marvel Cinematic Universe; he was the director of the 2021 Disney Plus limited series WandaVision. The series starred Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Debra Jo Rupp, Fred Melamed, Kathryn Hahn, Teyonah Parris, Randall Park, Kat Dennings, & Evan Peters.
Marvel announced at San Diego Comic Con this year that the Fantastic Four will be heading to the big screen on November 8, 2024. Although we’re still being kept in the dark about the story & the cast, it’s guaranteed that Marvel Studios will announce some major news related to the film at next month’s D23 Expo.
