An All-Out War Between the Heroes & Villains Takes Place in the Official Trailer For ‘My Hero Academia’ Season 6

The first official trailer for season 6 of My Hero Academia has been released! My Hero Academia season 6 will premiere on ytv & NTV on October 1, 2022.

The season 6 trailer was revealed by Bones anime studio president Masahiko Minami, during the Behind the Scenes at the Bones panel at the Crunchyroll Expo today. The anime will be produced by Bones and directed by Kenji Nagasaki (chief director) & Masahiro Mukai. Season 6 will follow the first chapters of the 27th volume of the manga. 

The synopsis for the 27th volume is as follows:

The confrontation between the heroes and the villains of the Paranormal Liberation Front is about to kick off! With so much at stake, even the students of U.A. have joined the heroes to help in the coming battles. Within the PLF, Hawks continues to play a dangerous game as a double agent, but the villains have fearsome resources of their own, including whatever lurks in the doctor’s lab. Plus, with every moment that passes, Tomura Shigaraki comes closer to his ultimate form… When it all gets started, there won’t be any going back!

My Hero Academia is a Japanese superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. The story follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy who was born without a Quirk but still dreams of becoming a superhero himself. He is scouted by All Might, Japan’s greatest hero, who bestows his Quirk to Midoriya after recognizing his potential, and helps to enroll him in a prestigious high school for superheroes in training.
