Sean Marshall Ezra Miller is in the spotlight again & it isn’t good news. Variety broke the news today that Miller was arrested in Hawaii again for second-degree assault.
Miller was arrested today after an incident in a private home in Pāhoa. According to the report, officers responded to a report claiming an assault happened at a gathering in the Lelani Estates. The report stated that Miller became irate after he was told to leave the residence & threw a chair that hit a 26-year-old woman on her forehead. The woman was left with a half-inch cut & is said to have refused treatment. Miller was later arrested at 1:30 a.m. & was released at 4:05 a.m. but the investigation is still active.
This comes just four weeks after Miller’s arrest in March. According to police, Miller was arrested in March because he was yelling obscenities at patrons as they sang karaoke. According to the Hawaii couple that pressed charges against Miller, Miller trapped the microphone from a woman singing & lunged at a man during a game of darts. The couple only placed a restraining order against Miller after he reportedly broke into their room, threatened them & stole some of their stuff which included a wallet & passport. However, the restraining order was dismissed by the judge after the couple asked for it to be removed.
Rumors circulated during the first incident that Warner Bros. Pictures was considering removing Miller from The Flash because of his actions but the rumors were just that. However, these recent actions may cause WB to bring these rumors to light.
