Red Dead Redemption 2 Confirmed For 2017

For years, gamers have been waiting for Rockstar to reveal a sequel to 2010’s Red Dead Redemption. Most of us have eyed E3 for the slightest tease for the sequel, but our wait seemed to be in vain, until today.

Rockstar took to the internet & revealed that the Red Dead Redemption sequel will hit the PlayStation 4 & Xbox One next fall! Although Rockstar didn’t reveal any specifics about the upcoming game. Despite the poster tease & the update that the first trailer of the sequel will hit us on Thursday, Rockstar said that Red Dead Redemption 2:

“is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand-new online multiplayer experience.”

In terms of the multiplayer experience, users can now use things like dota 2 mmr boosting software to ensure that they are playing on servers with people that have the same or similar gaming skillset to theirs. This makes the gameplay that much more enjoyable and exciting to play, rather than not utilizing their skills to the best of their abilities.

Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar added:

“With Red Dead Redemption 2, the team is working hard to push forward our vision for interactive entertainment in a truly living world. We hope to deliver players an epic experience that builds upon everything we’ve learned making games.”

Some are already speculating that the game will continue with Jack as the main protagonist, but we should expect a new protagonist to pick up the gun in the wild wild west. Check back with us on Thursday for the trailer.
