Sean Marshall It’s no surprise that Universal Pictures is bringing Ice Cube & Kevin Hart back to complete a trilogy for Ride Along 3. Even though the concept of the film may seem all too familiar, you can’t dodge the comedy & chemistry Ice Cube & Kevin Hart bring in this film.
Tim Story, Director on the film, had this to say about the next Ride Along film:
“We’re writing the script right now, we’re writing away and basically, I’m waiting to see some pages and we’re excited for the idea and what it can be and of course bringing Kevin [Hart] and Ice Cube back together because they are the greatest odd couple in the world.”
Story added:
“I’m impatiently waiting for a script to be given to me. We have some great ideas.”
Ride Along 2 hit theaters on January 15, 2016. Upon release the film was critically panned and grossed over $124 million. The film starred Ice Cube, Kevin Hart, Ken Jeong, Benjamin Bratt,Olivia Munn, Bruce McGill & Tika Sumpter.
