Bandai Namco Reveals New Naruto Game

It should come as no surprise that Bandai Namco plans to ride the hype of the Boruto anime series for a long time, especially since the anime is picking up solid numbers & fans as it more forward. It was in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine that the announcement of a Naruto/Boruto game will be released jn 2017.

The name of the new video game is Naruto to Boruto: Ninja Voltage. The game isn’t like the previous story mode or versus entries, but it does take on a creative sense of gameplay. You will have to build a fort & protect yourself from invading ninjas. So far, the scan reveals that players will be able to play as Itachi, Hidan, Kisame, Pain, Naruto, Kakashi, Sasuke & Sakura. The game will be released on iOS & Android in Japan this year & if you pre-order the game in Japan, Boruto will become a playable character. The North American release is still up in the air.
